Delal Marketing provides website design and development, search engine optimization, Google Ads management, social media advertising, branding, and Clover POS setup with a bundled website. The scope, timeline, and price of each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
Project fees and monthly plans are billed as agreed in your proposal or subscription. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Clover POS bundles are billed at the agreed monthly rate, and the bundled website is included at no additional charge while the subscription is active.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created for your project. Delal Marketing retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. No Guaranteed Rankings
Search engine and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to proven methods and transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, or revenue outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delal Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
